This was a very modern abs impressive hotel. We had a nice suite with access to the vip lounge with unlimited champaign. I would definately stay at this hotel again

Grand Palladium Palace Ibiza Resort & Spa

Wonderful amenities; clean rooms and awesome entertainment- it was just odd that all of their standard rooms are two twin beds pushed together (separate blankets and everything- so pretty uncomfortable). They were awesome with accommodating us, changed our room and upgraded us to VIP for unlimited spa access and top shelf alcohol.

Took all the anxiety out of traveling!

Our trip to Myrtle Beach was great, the resort was top shelf. Tysheda is the best!!

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa

The grand palladium will always be top of my list. Housekeeping does an amazing job keeping rooms clean. The restaurants are always spotless, including the buffets. Staff are warm and welcoming from the moment you walk onto the resort. Location right on the beach is my favorite part.

Tysheda was good in trying to meet our needs. She was helpful with any questions we may have had and was always available when we reached out to her. She was very professional with her clients. Next time I will be more specific in asking what I really want in a all around vacation accommodation.

When we were looking for a getaway we tossed around a few destinations in our minds and shared them with Tyshesda. Being the knowledgable, professional travel advisor that she is, she provided us with information and guidance on the pros and cons of each destination we were considering. Based upon her information and professional recommendation we agreed upon St. Lucia and we were so very glad we did. Sandals Regency La Toc

The landscape of this property is absolutely beautiful. The staff are very attentive and accommodating. Each restaurant we visited had great menu options and the food was delicious. We stayed in a suite with an oceanfront view that was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel doesn’t have your typical resort vibe. The property spans across many acres and the layout of the different suites, restaurants, pools, manicured grounds and walkways give you an authentic Caribbean island feel. It was a very relaxing getaway and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to St. Lucia.

For literally over a decade Tysheda has been booking my family vacations. Her knowledge, expertise and attention to detail exceeds my expectation each time.
